• Pour & Explore: Oyster Bar & Off-the-map Wine Tasting

    As part of Pour & Explore Martinborough 2025, join us at Karahui for a relaxed afternoon of freshly shucked oysters and seriously good wine. We’re teaming up with boutique, low-intervention winemakers—Equilibrium and Halite—for a pop-up oyster bar and a rotating pour of wines straight from their cellars (including some rare and special drops).

    Come meet the makers, sip on Pinot, Chardonnay, skin-contact whites and more, and see how these wines shine alongside the salty, delicate goodness of oysters.

    As part of Pour & Explore Martinborough, Karahui and Blue Earth Estate present a collaborative tasting evening celebrating local produce and bold flavour pairings. Enjoy a guided tasting of Blue Earth’s premium olive oils, four tasting plates from Karahui, and Blue Earth premium wine flight. A relaxed and flavour-forward experience that explores the harmony between olive oil, wine, and umami-rich cuisine.

    Grilled tikka masala free-range chicken thigh with cucumber raita, basil-mint-tamarind mayo and micro coriander salad in Zaida Bakery charcoal bun, with cumin papadum crisps and pani puri filled with chilled tamarind and mint water, $30.
