The Karahui whanau are locals, who add value by sharing their knowledge not only of food and wine but also their connection to tāngata whenua (Their relationship with the local people of this land) of Wairarapa.
Our ingredients are sourced from small scale producers that our chefs know, trust and respect, who have a commitment to quality and sustainability. The menu is seasonal, nourishing, and creative. Inspired by the whenua (land), moana (sea), and tāngata (people) of Aotearoa.
