Gin Tasting
Tōhi is Martinborough’s newest gin tasting room with a focus on G&T’s, gin tasting flights, and gin cocktails. Our menu highlights the local award-winning Martinborough gins derived from all natural botanicals and individually hand crafted, as well as other regional gins, from classic craft bottles to colour-changing concoctions and a lineup of 30+ NZ gins on offer.
To keep things interesting we also offer a selection of wines on tap. You can enjoy a sparkling rose from our friends, Stad_ko wines as well as their Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Complementing our fresh and punchy gin tasting experience is a vibrant contemporary Thai Kitchen by Jawl, an iconic member of the Martinborough food scene, inspired by her Thai heritage.
The selection of sharing bowls combines the contrasting and powerful Asian flavors of hot, sour, salty, and sweet, creating a perfect pairing with our selection of 30+ gins and their diverse flavor profiles. Our mission is to provide high-quality,
